I left feeling that I was dealt with at a very professional level and that I received a very fair price on a 2 year old Encore. Then a few days ago I had a small problem with the radio and pulled into the dealership to see if they could take a quick look. They looked at it immediately but needed to order a part. I was there only about 20 minutes and on my way with a courtesy car and back the next day to pick up mine. Everything was fixed and the car was washed and check out took 5 minutes. Entire sales and service staff can only be described as professional, friendly and polite! If there is an employee anywhere near you they even open doors for you. SERVICE HERE IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE and I will be a long time customer! More

Deana created a Great buying experience Deanna, listened to me. I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle today, as I have been enjoying the last couple of years driving a Lexus LS460 sedan. Deanna, listened to me. I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle today, as I have been enjoying the last couple of years driving a Lexus LS460 sedan. I was looking for more room to travel with my wife and grandchildren. The other challenge was that it needed to have a smooth quiet ride and fit in my garage. The 2019 Buick Enclave Avenir, met the smooth quiet ride test. Deanna said to take it home with me and see how it fits. No problems fitting it in the garage as it was only 5”longer than my LS. I went back the next day and closed the deal. Frank did a great job with the financing. Thanks to all of the Marquardt of Barrington staff. I am excited to enjoy this vehicle a long time. More

Beyond Great! Today, we picked up our new GMC Savana Van. This was the 2nd time we used Marquardt to buy a new car. As we are both new to owning and driving a van, Today, we picked up our new GMC Savana Van. This was the 2nd time we used Marquardt to buy a new car. As we are both new to owning and driving a van, we were initially somewhat hesitant. Well, Marquardt and Fabian took care of this and provided us with the opportunity to test drive a van over a weekend. And, as we had a lot of questions, Fabian was very responsive and helped us with whatever issue or concern we might have had.
