The finance manager called my bank told my bank that I didn't pay the full amount and was avoiding them .... called me a lair via text and they held my title so I was late to register my vehicle .. but not only that they charged my credit card 500.00 then 900.00 to charges that I did not approve my bank closed my credit card because I was in Colorado and not in OKC? and the number don't add up they wanted to charge me extra money??.. So I had to get a new credit card everything was on hold for a week because they froze my account ... meanwhile I had no idea all this was going on ... All I got was " sorry Jesse was not intentional they tried to reach you but couldn't"... Doesn't give you the right to just charge my card.... They gave me $51 Discount to shut me up and they said they would send me a gift card... .... I'm still waiting on my gift card but whats even worse is I've been texting the fiance manager back in forth no problem but as soon as I paid the $900 he stop texting me and I've asked him twice so far where my gift card is and I haven't got a reply .--- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TOWARDS THE END AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY GOOD LUCK GETTING A REPLY BACK More

A GREAT EXPERIENCE So recently I made my first purchase of a truck at another dealership and I was screwed, they kept playing all these games with prices and were rude. So recently I made my first purchase of a truck at another dealership and I was screwed, they kept playing all these games with prices and were rude. After purchasing at another dealership, I talked to a salesman named Edward on the phone. I told him about my situation with the other dealership and he took that information and asked around to see what could be done for me. Edward continued to keep me updated via text. So I made an appointment to go out and see the vehicle that he had sent me pictures of. When I got there I was greeted and I told the lady at the front desk that I had an appointment with Edward. No later than ten minutes, my fiance and I were greeted by Edward and taking the truck at for a test drive. While test driving, my fiance and I asked a lot of questions (just because we had already been screwed by a different dealership) He very straight forward with us. No games. He informed us about every aspect of the truck. He left nothing out and unlike most car salesman; he seemed to care about us getting a good deal and something that worked for us. After getting a great price we waited about 15 minutes to speak with Dounte, who did all the paper work. He was kind and helped us out so much. He made sure to explain EVERYTHING that had to be signed and informed me that the price per month that I would pay was lowered by 70$. I will be back for another vehicle. More
