I made an appointment two weeks in advance to replace my front brakes. I told the person on the phone that my brakes were in very bad condition. When I arrived, the brake literally fell apart in the shop. I front brakes. I told the person on the phone that my brakes were in very bad condition. When I arrived, the brake literally fell apart in the shop. I was told I would have to wait a day because the part wasn't in stock. If they knew the brakes were in such condition, why didn't they have all my brakes parts on hand? They had plenty of time to prepare for my coming and a good manager and stockroom would be sure to have all available parts needed. They said the vehicle would be ready in the morning. On my third call-in of the next day, I was told my back brakes were also bad and I couldn't have the van back until Monday. I didn't get my van back until the end of the day on Monday. I am a contractor and my utility van holds all the tools, materials and hardware to conduct my work on site. Because my van didn't get fixed in the time slot I was assigned to, they put me on the back burner to fit me in after they finished what was on the next day's appointment list. This measure cost my company to lose 4 workdays for my employees and several thousand dollars loss to my business over the incompetence in this garage and their unexpected delays. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and have always received great service, but this time I received a MAJOR LOSS and will never return to this dealer again. I had my eye on buying a new van this fall and seeing that I'm a life-long owner of RAM/Dodge, I will be traveling to another dealer. One that hopefully has some common sense in their service department. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a -5. To spite my complaints while the van was being worked on, the mechanic didn't apply the grease required to keep the brakes from squealing, so now I drive around with a constant reminder of their bad work and spitefulness from the squealing coming from my brakes. Came in for an oil change. Was charged $50 for radiator fill. I asked why I would be low. Was told it's normal for a car with that mileage. I went on vacation for a week. Upon returning the radiator split open along the side the first day driven. They never took the time to inspect where leak was. The leak was completely visible without disassembly. When questioned about it they claimed the oil change personnel aren't trained to look for such issues. When I discovered the leak the car was 1 day out of warranty. The dealership explained that it was not their problem. More
