This Dealership went through a great deal of effort to locate the Tundra truck I was interested in. We decided on a new 2011 Toyota Camry LE - for its elegance and reliability. Everyone we spoke to at DCH was very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard on getting me my "dream" car - the right color with just the right features for just the right price. I highly recommend this dealership. I just purchased a 2009 RAV4 from Bobby Pucher. The entire experience was great. I was trading in two cars and consolidating to purchase a new Toyota. Bobby demonstrated that he is not only an excellent sales person, but that he is also very personable and made the whole car purchasing experience the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend that you seek him out if you plan to purchase a new or used Toyota from DCH Toyota!! If you want a memorable, stress-free experience.... Bobby Pucher is your man!!! Ask for him! There are many negative sterotypes of car sales persons, but Bobby Pucher shatters that sterotype. Overall others at DCH also made for a very pleasant transaction. I had purchased a 2005 Prius from DCH and I am happy that I returned for this sale! More
