Great experience! Ask for Darwin! He really cares about his customers and it's not about the money for him! He even cleaned my old car personally! He stayed with us thr Ask for Darwin! One of the most excellent dealerships I've visited. As soon as we parked in the dealership we were immediately greeted by the staff and was offered drinks and food. Excellent service, as always I recently converted my leased Escape into a financed purchase. I had called ahead and made an appointment, and when I got there Darwin had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I was in and out in about a half hour. I've used Golf Mill Ford for service throughout the entirety of my lease, and just like the rest of the team, Darwin, and the finance manager, Rafal, were knowledgeable, amiable, and open to all questions. I'll never buy a Ford from anyplace else, and I'll always ask for Darwin. More
