We purchased a car on 12/19 We went for a new car-Murano. We were shown a used Murano, a demo used by Mr. O’Neil. We liked the car and purchased it. The entire team was very nice. The car was missing a remote key fob and needed the Xm radio started. I was promised to pick these items up on the next Monday. I called early in the day and also asked for rubber mats. I arrived, paid for the mats and no key fob. I had to beg to get the radio started. I left promised the fob for the next day. After promises and texts through that Thursday my husband called John the sales manager. Within an hour someone was sent to pick up the car leave me a car in case they weren’t done in a very nice friendly manner. The fob was finished within an hour of that and returned to me with the car. The dialog with the salesman up to that time was excuses and admonishment that it was Xmas.—exactly and we should not be left with a chance of being locked out of the car over the holidays. The finance manager Tom was great and helpful, but the experience would have been soured if not for the sales manager. More

The dealership was only OK but the customer service was poor, in my estimation. I bought an off lease car and getting it sold was the goal (of course). What irritates me is the speeches from the salesman a poor, in my estimation. I bought an off lease car and getting it sold was the goal (of course). What irritates me is the speeches from the salesman and the guy who did my loan about what a "family" O'Neil is and if I need anything at all to just call. "Come on into the showroom to say hello when you bring the car in for service." Yadda, yadda, Yadda. Well, that is a a bunch of baloney. You really need yo tell them to cut out the phony stuff and just shake hands at the end of the transaction. I needed some advice and got no real answers, just promises. Exactly why I will get me car serviced somewhere else going forward. I would recommend this dealership WITH RESERVATIONS. Too bad that wasn't an option. The car is very nice, the surrounding vibe, not so much. More
