What’s the point. The service department manager was absent Or nonexistent. The person in charge was never available to solve my issues, however that person had plenty of gatekeepers who kept me from speaking with anyone in management. $4000 and three weeks to install a $480 part. And I didn’t even get a car wash.

You arrived to our store very shortly after we had closed, and the footage shows you driving through our cone blockers to then run to our office. The cashiers had gone home for the day, and we asked if you would please return the following morning. We greatly appreciate your business, however we'd like to share our side that our team spends 12 - 13 hour days serving customers, and working after we're closed is against our policy.
