Purchase of the new 2019 1500 Silverado High Country When I ordered a new truck I didn’t expect it to be somewhat of a roller coaster ride waiting for delivery. But thanks to Becky Young, she kept in con When I ordered a new truck I didn’t expect it to be somewhat of a roller coaster ride waiting for delivery. But thanks to Becky Young, she kept in contact with the factory to try to make things go smooth. She worked very hard with representatives from the factory to get a build date. Im so appreciative she kept me informed of any progress. Of course when a build date was assigned to my truck, I was so pleased and I’m sure she was too.....lol....I was also very pleased on the price and incentives offered me. When the truck arrived at the dealer, Becky was on vacation. I was so excited to find out the truck had arrived, I called to tell her....lol.....even though she said it was ok and no problem at all, I felt bad about calling while she was enjoying her time off. Darrin Young step in during her absence and thoroughly explained the operation and options this awesome truck had to offer. He was so informative and friendly that my wife and I felt we’d known him for sometime. This is our third purchase at Paradise Chevrolet and we use the service dept exclusively for our needs. I will most definitely recommend Paradise to anyone in the market for a GM vehicle. Thank you Darrin for your help and info when we picked up the truck. But a very Special “thank you” to Becky.
