Long Distance Purchase a Complete Pleasure! I wanted to take a minute and thank Darrin Frank from Jennings Chevrolet. In May of 2018 I called about a new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport they had for s I wanted to take a minute and thank Darrin Frank from Jennings Chevrolet. In May of 2018 I called about a new 2017 Corvette Grand Sport they had for sale at their dealership. That first call set the tone, a good one, for the entire experience. I was not able to come see the car, many will say NEVER do such a thing, sure it's a new car, but it had been on the lot for quite some time. Darrin was amazing to work with through the entire purchase process. Even more impressive was Darrin's communication and helpfulness well after the actual sale, helping with shipping communication and other details. There was a small issue with an interior piece that I found once I received the car and I was beyond impressed with how Darrin and Jennings Chevrolet handled the issue to ensure I was completely happy. I've only purchased three new cars in my life and it amazes me that the best experience was an experience where I never saw the car personally or any of the people involved. Thank you Darrin!!! More

Excellent vehicle purchasing experience Darrin Frank provided us with an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience. He was professional and courteous and treated us like friends. His knowledge of the product lines was impressive. Our desired vehicle was not in stock so he located one in a few days. He explained all of the services Jennings offers, and answered all of our questions. The day of delivery was very good and we had a positive experience with Mark in finance. Afterward Darrin explained all functions of the vehicle and helped us activate OnStar and cell phone recognition. He said to call him anytime if we needed help with any of the electronics. We will recommend Darrin and Jennings to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I had an opportunity to trade my vehicle in to other dealers, but no one else compared to the exceptional customer service at Jennings. They were prompt, thorough and made sure that every detail was taken care of so that I wouldn't have to worry. It is apparent that everyone at Jennings takes pride it their work and treat co-workers as well as customers with respect and as a member of the family! More

The Best! We don't write reviews often, but wanted to share our awesome experience with Jennings Chevrolet, specifically with Darrin Frank. We were dreading We don't write reviews often, but wanted to share our awesome experience with Jennings Chevrolet, specifically with Darrin Frank. We were dreading going car shopping because of past experiences with pushy, overwhelming sales people and dealerships. We would get slammed with phone calls, emails, even handwritten notes. The minute we walked into Jennings we were greeted by Darrin and were happy to have him help us. He was informed, friendly, personal, and just an overall great person! We asked lots of (probably) annoying questions and Darrin was so patient. He discussed about a million options, trim levels, leasing numbers versus buying etc. with us and was so helpful. In the end we ended up buying a 2018 equinox and can safely say it's the perfect car for us! The dealership didn't have our exact car so they searched the area and eventually found one that fit our criteria. John Schmidt in the leasing department was friendly and informative as well. Everything was smooth and well run. Lease signing was quick, easy and each form was explained clearly. There were no surprises in the terms or numbers of the lease. Before we left, Darrin walked us through all the cool features and set up for our cars different systems (phone app, Apple car play, seat settings, even just the basics of wipers/brights etc.) We considered a few other cars/dealerships in our car buying process and came back to Chevy and Jennings/Darrin because of their superior customer service. No one else compared! We never felt pressured, overwhelmed, or like we were getting scammed. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. They're great! We absolutely loved working with Darrin and we love our new car!! More
