Do Not Buy Or Order From This Dealer First They Engage in the Practice of ADM with adding items to your car you do not need GPS security and when you want to order new cars they will hold your deposit hostage and make you fight them when FORD does not build your car Sales Department Incompetence and neglect: Contacts by phone and through forwarding the dealer a build order for a new vehicle that has order bank open. Sales did not have the knowledge of or willingness to place the order for my vehicle, I had to go to another (out of county, both ford dealers here treated me the same, I hope the service departments are not following the same poor leadership) dealer for my business that wasted my time. I also received an email from Ford after submitting my request for the build to the dealership that I was able to submit my thoughts on the service from this dealership. Was abandoned by my saleman. Keith and Jeff in Service do a great job keeping my work trucks on the road. All that I came in for was service but your reiview page won't show service people and only presents options for something th trucks on the road.
