Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! I regret ever purchasing a truck from this dealership. It had fewer than 60,000 miles at the time of purchase, and after just one year and five ex I regret ever purchasing a truck from this dealership. It had fewer than 60,000 miles at the time of purchase, and after just one year and five expensive, lengthy repair visits, I had no choice but to get rid of it. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. First, the truck needed repairs the very next day after I bought it. That should have been my first red flag, but it only got worse. Every other month, the truck was in the shop for a week or more at a time, leaving me without a reliable vehicle or even a loaner to drive. I was forced to shell out hundreds of extra dollars for a rental each time the truck broke down. Within months, I had already spent hundreds more on critical repairs that the dealership conveniently failed to disclose at the time of sale. One of the expensive features of the truck never worked from day one. The dealership refused to fix it, forcing me to pay thousands out of pocket just to make it functional. On top of that, getting in touch with anyone for service was a nightmare. Calls went unanswered, scheduling an appointment was nearly impossible, and getting updates on my vehicle was like pulling teeth. After numerous lengthy service visits within the first 60 days, I asked the dealership to buy the truck back, but they flat-out refused unless it was for an insultingly low price. By the time I finally got rid of it, I had spent over half the truck’s retail value just to keep it running and had only managed to put around 13,000 or so miles on it. This dealership clearly prioritizes unloading questionable vehicles over honesty and customer service. If you’re thinking of buying a vehicle here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. More

Had a nail in my tire and leaking air and the weather was bad. I stopped at service and they took care of it even though I didn't have an appointment. My 2019 F 150 had to have a recall taken care of my service writer was Darren he got me in quickly they did the recall and also we had the rear brake job taken care of. They made sure it was all done r service writer was Darren he got me in quickly they did the recall and also we had the rear brake job taken care of. They made sure it was all done right and I was out in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend Cortese and Darren for service More

I had a good experience, however I was disappointed when I came back to my car 2.5 hours later and there was a strong cigarette smoke odor. I did mention it to Daren at the front desk who verified the gentl I came back to my car 2.5 hours later and there was a strong cigarette smoke odor. I had such a wonderful experience here after my ford explorer broke down on the 390/490. I’m not local but they took care of me and fixed my car, treated me so well.
