Traded in Escape for a newer Escape I already had an Escape so it was a no brainer to get a newer Escape. The older one although it was a titanium level we stepped down to a SEL level tr I already had an Escape so it was a no brainer to get a newer Escape. The older one although it was a titanium level we stepped down to a SEL level trim and I couldn’t be happier. Sync 3 is awesome, dual heat/ air is nice. The all wheel drive, backup camera and cross traffic nice safety features. More

Recall on Truck I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I was without a vehicle for 5 days and it is a brand new lease I pay to drive! So that is something that needs to be considered. However my visit was overall pleasant because the issues were fixed and Darren was on top of anything else I needed. More
