Mercedes-Benz of Plano is my go to dealership for all of my vehicles whether it’s a purchase, lease or service. Darren is my go to Sales Advisor and Jacobi is now my go to Service Advisor. Both of them ha my vehicles whether it’s a purchase, lease or service. Darren is my go to Sales Advisor and Jacobi is now my go to Service Advisor. Both of them have very warm, attentive and pleasant personalities. Darren I have worked with since 2019 and Jacobi just today since my original Service Advisor is no longer around. Jacobi did not miss a beat and I will be sure to schedule with him for all of my vehicles service needs going forward. The dealership is always immaculate and they way they have the cars staged is like a museum.
