Dealer assured me that I would qualify for the loyalty accelerator program when I turned in my lease, even after I purchased my car. Darren was my sales adviser for my recent purchase a few months ago and I I am an avid Mercedes buyer and have bought for the last 15 years from RBM. Darren was my sales adviser for my recent purchase a few months ago and I can say he is the best sales adviser I have ever had. I typically deal with another sales person at RBM, but this time I decided to try someone knew as I wasn't getting the response from my old adviser and didn't want to keep waiting. I am glad I made the change. Darren has passion for cars and for the brand - I know a lot about cars, specifically Mercedes and I expect my adviser to know as much if not more than me, but more than that I want them to have the same passion I do for the brand, and Darren does. He was great, I recommend seeking him out specifically as hes a great person, and a great adviser! He was so good I brought in my wife as well as she was due for a car, she loved him as well.
