Bought a 2025 ES350 4/7/2025 and I am absolutely in love. I walked in without an appointment and a clear goal in mind— other than I was leaving with a car. Bri Collins was my sales associate and he was extremely patient, understanding, and knowledgable. This was my first car purchase and I had a lot of questions and anxiety surrounding choosing a car, financing the car, and all of the other steps in between. Bri fielded these questions as well as made me feel comfortable asking them. Another associate that was amazingly helpful in this process was Darren Nicholson. Darren helped with finance aspect of purchasing the car. He was thorough in explaining all of the add-ons and was realistic about their purpose and tailored how they would be most useful to me. With this being said, both individuals made me feel comfortable and never once did I feel pressured into any sale or add-on. They simply provided me with the information needed for me to make an informed decision. I had a great experience and would recommend Bri/Darren/Lexus of Wilmington to anyone looking for a brand new Lexus! More

It's difficult to find a salesperson, like Joshua, who listens carefully to the customer and understands exactly what you are looking for in a vehicle. While we were waiting for our car to be detailed, he checked in with us several times and made sure things were moving along. This is our first Lexus and in the coming years if we get as good maintenance service as what we did during the purchase we will be repeat customers. Joshua will be our go-to salesperson. He's terrific! More

my Salesman Josh was Great, as were the other people I encountered, from the used car manager to the finance manager and the other employees in the building. my only complaint was the time it took to pr encountered, from the used car manager to the finance manager and the other employees in the building. my only complaint was the time it took to process the entire transaction. It took about six hours all told. I realize it was probably your busiest time of the week (Saturday morning), but Wow it seemed arduous. But overall I would do business with You again More

Pretty disappointed in the follow up service from this dealership. The buying process was fine. Problem is we have been driving on our temporary tags for 90 days now and repeated calls to the administra dealership. The buying process was fine. Problem is we have been driving on our temporary tags for 90 days now and repeated calls to the administrative and sales offices to find out status of registration papers and permanent license plate are not returned. I also have to chuckle when told by staff to please provide a review and anything less than a 5 star review is considered to be a failure. So, you need to question all these reviews. More
