Hi Everyone! My name is Darren and I've been in the customer service industry just about my whole life. From working with Marriott for several years, it helped me become very experienced with handling many different scenarios relating to my clients. From there I moved onto doing Real Estate in MA for a few years up until my move down to the Sunshine State! You must be very careful with this dealer especially with the financing manager named Cliff they negotiated a price of my car over the phone I live in Orlando city almost two hours away from this dealer and the financing manager named Cliff they negotiated a price of my car over the phone I live in Orlando city almost two hours away from this dealer and I chose them because they had the car I wanted to negotiate with the salesman over the phone and they secured me the price and monthly payment. The surprise I had when I met Cliff who is the Financing Manager is that he placed hidden charges within the price of the guarantees. What he did was put $2600 above the negotiated price, and then he told me lies and said it was a discount in the car, I wanted to buy him guarantees extended to my Car because I intended to stay with him and what they did was to hide these extra charges within the warranty. Now that I realized what had happened. I called Cliff and they don't give me any choice to return this money in other words I lost money for not having noticed me in time when I signed the papers. Be very careful with Cliff, because he has a computer on his desk and he places his arms on top of the computer so you don't see the numbers you're signing be very careful with this dealer Especially Whit Cliff. Darren Francisco is an excellent guy. He's very effective, stays on top of the sale without being pushy. Additionally, the finance guy (I don't recall his name), was the best financial representative that I've ever dealt with. Both he and Darren are assets to your company. You should do whatever you can to keep both of them. More
