Met Darren (Sales Manager) what an xxx, very matter of fact, wouldn't try and listen to me. Stated we were $7500 dollars off and that's all he could do. Have a 720+ credit rating, current trade at 3% interest. Was ready to sign on dotted line, didn't even try to come close to my current payment. Looking at other Ford Dealerships to make the trade. You know it's bad when the sales person has to call you and see if you are alright after you left and then apologize for the way their Sales Manager acted... More
