What i found most enjoyable about my experience besides the amazing job that your outside technician completed on the tear in my steering wheel and the scuff in the suede interior; the customer service I r the amazing job that your outside technician completed on the tear in my steering wheel and the scuff in the suede interior; the customer service I received from John, Jay and Kevin is beyond a blessing. I have only gone in there twice and during those visits they brought laughter and joy to the start of my day. They treat me with respect and understanding that is truly valued and what is lacking in the service industry nowadays. I do pray that these words express how much I appreciate them making me priority one and not a woman that is a nuisance. More

Came over to get an oil filter but realized the oil change was a better option. With no appointment, they fit us in to do the oil change and it was complimentary which we didn’t know. Beardmore definit change was a better option. With no appointment, they fit us in to do the oil change and it was complimentary which we didn’t know. Horrible customer service Had my first experience with a car dealership at Todd Archer in Bellevue. As soon as I agreed to buy a car they were so nice! Offered me free car wash Had my first experience with a car dealership at Todd Archer in Bellevue. As soon as I agreed to buy a car they were so nice! Offered me free car washes and the whole nine yards. When I set up an appointment for maintenance, they kept my car for 7 hours just to wash it and order parts... I dropped it off at 7 am and didn’t get a return call saying I could pick it up until 1pm. I gave them a 2 week courtesy to get the parts in. No call back, when I finally called them they asked me about the wrong parts and kept me on hold for ten minutes. I was already fed up after my first interaction when I called ahead to get a car wash one Saturday morning, they said “bring it on in!”. Waited for an hour at the dealership, sitting in the lobby for my car to get “washed”. Got it back with bugs and dirt still on the car. Would’ve preferred them to just tell me they weren’t going to wash it that day when I called ahead. Long story short, if you JUST want a car and someone who only cares about getting a sale, go to Todd Archer. If you want a company that will take care of your car and treat you like a valued customer when you return to them for maintenance, DO NOT go to Todd Archer. Stay away from them unless you’re handing over cash. More
