Bobby was terrific! With no appointment on a busy evening we were out of the dealership with a new vehicle faster than I imagined. They were pretty fair with my trade and drove home about 2 hrs later. Pretty smooth deal all in all. They take care of sales tax for pa customers even though they are an Ohio dealer.
