I was searching for a very specific vehicle, a 2020 Kia Sportage SX Turbo in Burnished Copper with all black interior. Several dealerships contacted me but didn't provide the right car or the right deal. Darrel was extremely patient and honest and I appreciated his tenacity and commitment to making sure this deal worked for me. I had a great customer experience in that I conducted this transaction almost entirely via text and email. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it was very important to me to adhere to the social distancing and shelter at home orders, this process made it easy to do just that. Then in my final request, I asked Darrel if the car could be delivered to my home and he obliged. You just can't beat that type of customer service! I was contacted by Natasha Jones, and scheduled a test for the same day. I was met at the dealership by Natasha who introduced me to Darrel and I took the drive. All of my questions were answered and there was no sense of dishonesty or "salesmanship" in his responses. I felt like I was getting exactly what I wanted from my search. I returned with my family for another test drive, and Even helped us out. Again, no hard sale lines or pressure to do anything that we didn't already want to do. We left with no hassales or pressure to move forward. Although we did not purchase the vehicle, it was in no way due to the service of the staff. I won't even say why we didn't purchase to avoid including anything negative as it relates to my experience with this dealership. More

I initially went searching for a low mileage pre-ow My vehicle was recently totaled and I was in search of a new vehicle when I stopped by Laurel Kia. I initially went searching for a low mileage pre-owned vehicle of another make/model. Being accustomed to luxury vehicles (Lexus, Acura, BMW, etc.), I was looking right past Kia because their vehicles weren't "my style". After browsing a few pre-owned vehicles of other makes, my sales person (Pam Jackson) asked me what exactly was I looking for in my next vehicle as far as technology and features; I explained to her what I was looking for and she then said, "I wanna show you something", I begrudgingly obliged because I knew she wanted to show me Kia's and I was not interested. I'll keep it brief, but let's just say that when she started showing me some of Kia's offerings, I was impressed by the amount of technology and features that are in their vehicles. By the time it was all said and done, I ended up with a vehicle with all of the "bells and whistles" that I had become accustomed to in more expensive vehicles in a vehicle that was literally half the price of their more expensive competitors. The team at Laurel Kia (Pam Jackson, Darrel Lewis) made this one of the smoothest vehicle purchases that I have ever made. My advice to anyone in the market for a vehicle would be to check out a Kia before you write them off and go to the luxury brands..........you may be surprised at what Kia vehicles have to offer; I know I was!!!
