I would recommend the dealership with caution. My service rep, Trey, is outstanding. I would tell anyone to see him first. Your Parts Department is probably the best I have encountered. I can’t stress enough how well they treat customers. I think your service manager is only still working because the employees in the service department cover up for him. How the senior managers don’t see that js amazing to me. I will not add anything to this in a written email…I have had at least 8 Toyotas which I purchased new. Thank you fir the deeply discounted oil change offer for my RAV4.. More
