My experience with this dealership has been emotionally and financially exhausting, but I want to acknowledge Darold for ultimately helping me get my 2018 Hyundai Tucson back in working order. He listened, and financially exhausting, but I want to acknowledge Darold for ultimately helping me get my 2018 Hyundai Tucson back in working order. He listened, took initiative, and actually fixed the underlying issues that had been misdiagnosed multiple times. If it weren’t for him, I would’ve given up entirely. The problems began with a recurring driver-side window malfunction that I brought in multiple times. I was initially told it was the master switch, then advised to replace the smart junction box — a repair that cost me nearly $1,000. That wasn’t the issue. Later, I was told the window motor needed replacement. Then, after that was supposedly fixed, my turn signals and radio audio stopped working. I returned the vehicle yet again and was informed that the issue was a blown multifuse — something that should have been checked before I was charged for costly parts and diagnostics. My frustration isn’t just about the money — it’s about the miscommunication, lack of follow-through, and how long I was without a reliable car while trying to support my family and husband through medical appointments. What makes this even harder is that I initially gave this dealership a glowing review — before the real problems began. I now regret that early feedback, as it doesn’t reflect my full experience. That said, I deeply appreciate Darold, who was the only person that genuinely followed through. If I need assistance in the future, I’ll go straight to him. I hope this dealership takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they handle diagnostics and customer care. This could have been avoided with more thorough attention from the start. More

Very kind and welcoming. Wanted to fix my problem. They took it as a personal challenge to fix the issue I had, even though it was slightly insignificant. Bring it here we will take care of you! She said her husband is the service manager and would be waiting for me. She did not lie. He was waiting for me the next day. That is when the 3rd person stepped in and made me feel comfortable and let me take him on a drive to reproduce the sound. Technically I was just there for an oil change, but they said it's lunch time and you're probably hungry so grab alone or car and go get something to eat. I didn't even have to ask for it. I said if it takes too long can I keep it till tomorrow? They said absolutely but we want your car back in your hands today fixed. So I took him up on that offer. A few hours later after I had my lunch took a little nap at home My phone rang I said hey we got your car fixed we found the problem come pick it up we're here until 7:00 or 8:00. All three employees were there and grade me treated me like a a real custome. It was truly amazing after the experience I had in that place b North of Allen where I bought the car. Y'all are awesome!!! More

Darold and Jenifer have been incredible to work with. Dealing with a very complicated warranty company, they both have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have been taken care of. Considering the issues I've been having with my vehicle, it has made me weary of continuing driving a Hyundai. If I were to choose another Hyundai vehicle in the future it would only be because of the care Darold and Jenifer provide their customers. They are honest, client-focused employees and Clay Cooley is lucky to have them. More
