disappointed in the service department , took 3 appt. to get the work done. for a high end car you expect better service. when I debating on purchasing from this dealer or another I was told by manag to get the work done. for a high end car you expect better service. when I debating on purchasing from this dealer or another I was told by management they were working on making the service dept. better. this was reason I left Cadillac and came to Mercedes was the service i was not getting there. hopefully this will help them review a few practices for the better More
