Truck is still not fixed ,,you guys kept the truck over a month , I was told by your service manager that it would be $5300 to replace my air suspension system , I informed him that I had the factory Chrysle month , I was told by your service manager that it would be $5300 to replace my air suspension system , I informed him that I had the factory Chrysler extended warranty , he informed me it would be taken care of , when I picked it up he told me it was just a $300 repair but when I told him that he had told me the entire air suspension system needed to be replaced he said it was a mistake , I’ve been in touch with Chrysler and Chrysler warranty they assured me that no one from pre scission had contacted them for approval of a repair on my suspension, your service guy informed me he had done me a favor and made a repair that wasn’t covered under the extended warranty for $330 , told him when I was paying $5300 cash for the repair it needed an entire new suspension system and when it was covered under warranty it was just a $300 repair, then proceeded to tell me that that the warranty I paid $5000 for really doesn’t cover a lot of repairs and he could have charged me for the repair but he was doing me a favor and he wasn’t going to charge me for it , I’ve been in my own business for over thirty years, I wouldn’t let your service guy near any of my customers, feel free to contact me anytime More

I brought my truck for service to the dealership, I have the factory extended warranty on it and it’s still active , I was told the repair would be $5300 ,I said I have the factory extended warranty, ok we the factory extended warranty on it and it’s still active , I was told the repair would be $5300 ,I said I have the factory extended warranty, ok we will get back to you , then whe they did it turned out to be a $300 repair, I said I was told it needed an entire new air suspension system whe you thought I was paying for it it was $5300 dollars but now the warranty is involved it’s a $300 repair, he blamed his colleague then went on to tell me he did me a big favor because he could have charged me for the $300 repair but out of the goodness of his heart he fixed the truck for free for me , then went on to tell me that the factory warranty I purchased for $5000 was not a great warranty and doesn’t cover a lot of repairs , I’m in contact with Chrysler now filing a complaint, also with consumer affairs and bbb , oh and the truck wasn’t fixed it still has the exact same problem, stay away from precision they are criminals More
