i bought a car from them carfax was showing 2 accidents they said employee owned unit was having a baby which i found out later was a lie when i ran autocheck on it came back with frame damage which was no they said employee owned unit was having a baby which i found out later was a lie when i ran autocheck on it came back with frame damage which was not on the carfax i called them sales manger stated he didnt care because autocheck will 90 percent of all auctions and dealers use is false does not matter car is worth half what i paid for it so i have had to file a complaint with dmv inspector and dealing with this bs stay away More

All my purchases, beginning in 2005 through 2017, have been a positive experience, but the most recent was the best ever! Thomas Wells is an excellent sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo product. His demeanor is wonderful, not a pushy sales person, but he did reach out to us with ideas and information to make the sale happen. He was always very attentive and responsive when I had questions. The care and thoughtfulness he exhibited to us during and after the purchase experience was top notch. James Fordham was great to deal with and prepared all of the finance information correctly and accurately prior to our arrival. And Darla Satter was (and always has been) a pleasure to work with. Purchase I had the opportunity to work with the team at Volvo Winston- Salem last week and had a wonderful experience. It is apparent why they are #1 in customer service as I arrived at 7:45pm which was 15 minutes prior to closing. I was assured that someone would be with me shortly. Please note that my super salesman Kyle did a great job with sharing information about the vehicle and he was willing to stay late to take me on a test drive. I am pleased to say I became a member of the Volvo family and it was a team effort as I was in contact with several members of their team including the owners of the establishment. Since my purchase I've had follow up calls to ensure that i was satisfied with my purchase and to answer any question that i might have.
