Then the General Sales Manager John Serritella reached out to us and encouraged us to come back and in give them the opportunity to make amends and earn back our business. We agreed, and this past Saturday we were paired up with Sales Consultant Ryszard Choroszy and had a great experience. Ryszard was knowledgeable, patient and thorough.
