When I test drove the car, he took the time to explain every detail about my Nissan Sentra SV 2015 and answered whatever questions that I asked. He is a patient, courteous, professional, friendly, has a great attitude and knows how to treat a customer. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me with my purchase. Very easy to talk to and the service I received was great. There was no hassle or pressure from Dario and everything went smooth. My overall experience was great! More

The entire purchase experience was like an understanding friendly discussion to arrive at a mutually acceptable deal. My association with this dealership started with Julia Gertsman calling me in response to my e-mail inquiry. She was very professional and courteous. Noelle Kruppa received me at the the showroom and introduced me to their sales consultant Dario Cardella who helped me with the test drive. Dario spent a good length of time explaining about the car and the dealership. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about their products and services. His empathetic tone and approach made me feel very comfortable discussing my auto preferences. Malcohm Thurman's involvement was very crucial in finalizing the deal. He really went out of the way to help me make the final decision. He took that extra care and time out to talk to my family on the phone to reassure them of the product I am buying and the services and hand-holding the dealership had to offer. To conclude, Fred Kodroff made the financing part a breeze for me and helped me with options that exactly fit my budget. He helped me understand the license, insurance and finance aspects of the deal. I didn't have much understanding of the US laws that governed these subjects. But thanks to Fred, I now am educated!! After all the time I spent at the dealership, I was even offered lunch!! Thank you very much Martin Nissan family!!
