Sales was awful (1+ yrs ago) never got all of what I paid for. Basic service ok to good. Issue resolution in service poor. Three trips in on the issue of cruise control into. Three different service agents no write ups till I raised xxxx that there was no history of the same issue. Last time in (this week) they said I was putting a foot on both the brake and accelerator. Totally untrue. Last year my wife and I drove 4,500 RT to Texas. Yesterday 215 miles, no recurrence. They put about 30 miles on it in service. They said they found a code that said the car had been driven using two feet. Absolutely not true unless it was done by the technician to see if it would cause the failure. In any event, at this point the car is functioning correctly. If it happens again I will get a second opinion and contact Honda directly. Previously to the sale of this dealership I had bought three pilot (Touring). Also brought others for four other vehicles for friends and family. Thank you for inquiring. Lee Pinkard More
