This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. In and out in 90 Min. Pablo, our Salesman was so friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, patient , organized and efficient. Quick with answers and made the negotiation process pleasant- not dreadful. Manager Daren is incredible. After delivery, we noticed a problem with the car and he was on it immediately and gave us a beautiful loaner to use, until our new car is absolutely perfect. Foundation Cadillac, you’re all an amazing team and have reinforced my confidence and loyalty to your Dealerships. I walked in there, after a day of working in the yard and garage, just to “look”, as I was not dressed, or in the mood to talk business on a new Cadillac on this day. Pablo and Daren treated us with dignity and respect, despite my disheveled appearance and in no way made me feel awkward, or conspicuous in this beautiful showroom.
