Pablo misrepresented the vehicle color, finalized the sale without disclosure, and then failed to respond to my concerns. He even texted me that there is ‘zero difference’ between the 2025 and 2026 model sale without disclosure, and then failed to respond to my concerns. He allowed me to believe I was receiving a configuration that literally did not exist, and disclosed nothing until after the paperwork locked me in — a fraudulent omission. More
