Darcy and Karl were great to work with. Had a service call for a Tire issue and dealt with Ryan, he was very helpful and diligent with the Warranty coverage company to get the issue resolv Had a service call for a Tire issue and dealt with Ryan, he was very helpful and diligent with the Warranty coverage company to get the issue resolved. . Was disappointed in the Finance offerings. Due to timing, I let the Finance department find the "best" option. I had three financial institutions of preference, and was told that the dealer did not participate with any of those. Got placed with a bank at a higher rate. Will be handling a refi on my own. As well, the warranty offerings for a used vehicle with less than 15K miles were off from other car brand dealers. More

The service advisors are usually great. Management and how the sales team lied to me is horrendous. Then wouldn't fix for four interior dome lights the next day after buying the used car. We also noticed a wobble in the breaks we didn't notice during the test drive. Now an emissions City engine light came on. Remote start also no longer works. Service is Honda level, sales seem to be used car salesmen. So sad. More

I presented Darcy Frields with a complex purchase situation and she spent most of her day helping us get it sorted out and got the deal closed. I wanted to pay for the car but I wanted it to be in my situation and she spent most of her day helping us get it sorted out and got the deal closed. I wanted to pay for the car but I wanted it to be in my daughter's name with little trace of me left. My daughter was at work and her vehicle was at home. Darcy drove me over to my daughters house (in the car I wanted to buy) to get pictures of the car she would trade in, and then drove me to Erin's workplace so she could see and "OK" the car before it was bought. There were also problems with all of the documentation but Darcy worked through them all and finished the deal. It was almost like having someone in your family working on your behalf. I have never been treated so well by a car salesperson before and you are very fortunate to have her on your team. More
