They scheduled my service quickly, diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it. Brakes work much better. Took the full day and had to pick up at the end of the shift but they were accommodating. This purchase turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Adam and his team really did well but GM Caddie folks really didn’t do the job I expected. We (Adam and me) built the vehicle I wanted earl expected. Adam and his team really did well but GM Caddie folks really didn’t do the job I expected. We (Adam and me) built the vehicle I wanted early in the fall of 2024. GM simply was not building the vehicle we ordered so we had to submit another order for a vehicle without the 24” wheels and without the Premium Platinum Package and downgrade the vehicle design to Platinum Package. This change got GM to accept the order but they (GM) didn’t make delivery until April of 2025 which was almost 4months later than I anticipated. When the vehicle finally arrived at Matthews there were a couple of internal financial matters that were miss handled within Matthews but Adam did his best to correct those errors and the vehicle was finally delivered to my “”handicapped assessable contractor “ where it is undergoing necessary mods. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK MUCH TOO LONG AND I SPENT TOO MUCH TIME ON THE PHONE!!
