Please save yourself time, money and dignity and DO NOT go there. The managers are extremely rude, they lack customer service skills and etiquette. I paid my downpayment and made an appointment which was confirmed but when I came to finish up the paper work, after sitting down and waiting for 45 mnts, I was told the car was already sold. No apologies, no communication, nothing from these people. Even their former employees give them bad reviews. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!! More

This could not have been easier and the sales team at Jaffarian are rock stars!! First BIG shout out to Jaffarian for not trying to "stick it" to customers like too many other Toyota dealers are doing. Jaffarian are rock stars!! First BIG shout out to Jaffarian for not trying to "stick it" to customers like too many other Toyota dealers are doing. I visited a number of Toyota dealers within 100 miles of my home and only two were not jacking up prices $2,000-5,000 over MSRP because of supply issues. These dealers given both car salesmen and Toyota a bad rep, but Jaffarian are the nights in shining armor amongst these other despicable Toyota dealers trying to take advantage of Toyota customers. As i said a BIG shout out to the Jaffarian team!! They even delivered the truck to my house 90 miles away from their shop. Keep up the good work and highly recommend Jaffarian to anyone. More
