We understand how frustrating it is when an extended warranty claim is denied, particularly when it results in unexpected repair costs. As we discussed with you on multiple occasions—both through your service advisor and our Service Manager—we submitted your warranty claim using the diagnostic information from our technician for your 2010 Ram 1500. The final decision to deny coverage was made solely by your extended warranty provider and was not a decision made by our dealership. We also take concerns regarding communication and professionalism seriously. While we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our staff, we stand behind the information that was submitted to the warranty company and the efforts our team made to assist you throughout the claims process. We spent considerable time reviewing your concerns and discussing them with you in an effort to provide clarity and answer your questions.
