Recently, my daughter leased a brand new XC 40 from the Weston dealership. At the time we were turning in her old leased vehicle a Hyundai and we thought that Volvo would take care of the exchange especial Weston dealership. At the time we were turning in her old leased vehicle a Hyundai and we thought that Volvo would take care of the exchange especially since she made the last two payments due for the car that day. We discovered two months later that Volvo never made the last two payments to Hyundai and in fact hoodwinked us into believing that they would take care of everything regarding the return of the Hyundai. When I called our salesman Greg Bellini he gave me some song and dance, said that was never the arrangement, that I was mistaken and hung up on me. Such unprofessional behavior is beyond reproach and should not go without being exposed. My greatest disappointment was made even more obvious because my first experience with Weston Volvo was with another salesman Danny Paulino, who was just amazing and helpful in every way. I would never call on Greg Bellini for anything least of all any vehicle. I will go further to say that this has experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth especially after being a loyal customer and now owning not one but two Volvo's from this dealership. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for having someone like Greg Bellini representing Weston Volvo and working for them. I will not be doing business again with Weston Volvo and once both leases are up I will go somewhere else to make my purchases and or lease agreement. BTW, If I could give no stars I would! More
