I went to get an estimate on how much parts and labor will cost to have the front ball bearings replaced on my prius. They also found the water pump had a leak. When i went to pick up the car, the service man said they washed and vacuumed the car. I figured it was okay, since it was raining, we didn't have a walk through. He told me the total price but refused to allow me to see the work order and price break-out. I drove from the lot straight to Tampa at 5 pm and took the back roads, and I noticed with the rain that my front windshield had a film that made it blurry and annoying to see through; I also noticed my head lights were not illuminating like they normally do (I have HID lights). The next day, I looked at the work order and noticed I was billed twice to have the serpentine belt placed on the car. I called in and they accepted to refund me the money that was over billed; and after several talks, they agreed to clean my windshield. I had to miss half a day of work and drive over 100 miles round trip for them to clean the windshield; as it turns out, they never processed my refund, and if i didn't say anything about it once there, they would have stayed quiet about it and kept it (how i know, because the paper work for it was never done, and i had to wait 10 min after i requested it though they said they were working on it 3 days earlier). At the end of it all, they said the cleaning crew washed my windshield with a dirty rag (which is what also got my headlights dirty and didn't allow the light to shine through) that caused my windshield to be blurry; clearly, this was the dealer's fault, but i was not compensated for my half day of work missed nor my travel of 100 miles to get to the dealer and back to my home/work. More

Took YARIS in for possible transmission problem. ( I did not have an appt.) Whatever you pay Danny Morris is not enough. He took my information immediately, got my vehicle to the mechanic right away. During the time the car was in the shop he came out and kept me updated and even took me back to show me what had been found, and what could be done and why, to remedy any further concerns from occuring. I was back on the road with the vehicle performing smooth as silk. I told my wife that the next Toyota we purchase will be from Toyota of Dothan, all a credit to Danny Morris's professionalism, knowledge, and his far exceeding my expectations for customer servic and quality. LET ME START BY SAYING THAT EVERYONE I MET AT TOYOTA OF DOTHAN WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. THE SALE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND RACHEL LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON EACH STEP OF THE WAY. BEFORE GOING THE TEST DOTHAN WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. THE SALE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND RACHEL LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON EACH STEP OF THE WAY. BEFORE GOING THE TEST DRIVE RACHEL WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES INSIDE AND OUT. AFTER THE TEST DRIVE I KNEW I HAD PICKED THE RIGHT CAR FOR ME. SMOOTH RIDE, POWER, COMFORTABLE. I just wanted to make the management of Toyota of Dothan aware the great Service Department that is available to customers like myself. I have dealt personally with Mr. Danny Morris for over six (6) years aware the great Service Department that is available to customers like myself. I have dealt personally with Mr. Danny Morris for over six (6) years and he has saved me a lot of time and money as well as kept my three Toyota vehicles (1992 Camry, 2001 Tacoma, 2002 Camry) running great. Ed Lewis is the best salesman my wife and I dealt with in searching for a new car. We visited four other dealerships and the reason we bought our car from Toyota of Dothan was Ed Lewis. He knew everything ab searching for a new car. We visited four other dealerships and the reason we bought our car from Toyota of Dothan was Ed Lewis. He knew everything about the Venza we purchased and explained it in a way that was easily understood. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. All of our family and friends will hear about this remarkable young man. Kudos also to the men who hired him and trained him. The facility is wonderfully clean and inviting. A couple of recommendations would be (1)to cut down on time spent "haggling over price". If a customer says this is what I can do and no more then that needs to be respected.(2)Train the staff in the rental car area to be as positive as Ed. Because of his positive attitude and knowledge we will recommend your dealership and return in the future. More
