Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're honored that, after considering several dealerships, you chose Culver City Chevrolet for your purchase. We're thrilled to hear that Karan, Medina, and Sammy C. provided the communication, professionalism, and transparency that made you feel confident throughout the process. We believe staying responsive and treating every customer with honesty and respect is just as important as finding the right vehicle, so it's wonderful to know that stood out to you. Congratulations on your beautiful red Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X! We truly appreciate your trust and your recommendation. Enjoy your new Jeep, and if there's ever anything you need, our team is always here to help. Thank you for being part of the Culver City Chevrolet family!

After I made the purchase and everything went well, I thought that I didn’t have to worry about anything else until 7/16/2026 around 10am when I heard a car alarm and when I looked outside my window and on my cameras I noticed someone with a black tow truck who was lifting my jeep up off the ground as if they were towing it or a repossession company. We went outside and confronted the person with the tow truck and were told that “Stellantis Financial services” has a lien on the jeep and that they were here to take possession of my jeep. The jeep was 100% paid for in FULL and today is now July 19,2026 and I do not have the jeep OR my 2025 Chevrolet corvette that I had traded in for this jeep and which is also 100% paid for in full. We’ve been texting and calling the owners or managers of Culver City because we needed a resolution or at least a vehicle to use until Monday, because we were told that by Monday July 20,2026 we would have an answer to why my jeep was taken from in front of my house. So, We are now waiting for the Culver City Chevrolet owner or manager to get back to us but find it really odd that no one has responded to us about getting something to use until Monday and we’ve been attempting to contact Culver City Chevrolet since Friday and no one has responded to us. But, we will wait until Monday no later then 12pm July 20,2026 before moving forward with the next steps to either retrieve my corvette or get the jeep back but we will not wait any longer then Monday July 20,2026 before taken further actions. As of today we still have trust in Culver City and will not provide any reviews or additional reviews until we have had a resolution to this awful situation and position that we have been put in.
