I happened to come across an expedition on the website and it looked very similar to what we were looking for, I emailed a request in to check inventory very late at night not expecting a reply until the following morning, A response came back that night with a confirmation on contact information, by 9 o'clock in the morning I received a call while I was driving there to confirm the expedition was there and we told them we were on our way. When we arrived the vehicle had been gassed up, the snow removed and was warmed up and ready for us to test drive, no high-pressure salesman, sales manager was courteous and flexible and financing was easy, possibly our best car buying experience yet! More
