Above and Beyond Service I took my Gray.Series edition 2019 STI into SOJ because I saw condensation in the rear driver side tail light (white/reverse light portion). Steven W I took my Gray.Series edition 2019 STI into SOJ because I saw condensation in the rear driver side tail light (white/reverse light portion). Steven Wall did a visual inspection, and with the blessing of "Russell", the Service Inspection manager, Steven was able to order me a replacement tail light on the spot. ON THE SPOT! Amazing. I can't ask for better service than what SOJ has proven so far. As long as they continue to treat me with the dignity and respect, as I was shown today, I will continue to make SOJ my dealership of choice. More

My husband is retired Navy and he wanted to work with a salesman who was a fellow veteran. Immediately, we were introduced to Jerry Johnson, who was like a breath of fresh air in the automotive retail industry. He knew every aspect of the care I was interested in and made sure I had a strong foundation of knowledge prior to leaving the dealership with my beautiful 2019 Ascent. He never pressured us at any point during the deal and immediately put us at ease throughout the entire process. This is by far the best car-buying experience I have had in my entire life and I highly recommend both Jerry and Subaru of Jacksonville for anyone interested in these quality vehicles. More

Quick and easy I contacted Subaru of Jacksonville after my buddy highly recommended them. I didn't have time to go into the dealer so I was put in contact with Danny I contacted Subaru of Jacksonville after my buddy highly recommended them. I didn't have time to go into the dealer so I was put in contact with Danny in sales. Danny was super easy to deal with and told me what they had in stock or could transport to them ASAP. They brought in a sweet silver Outback 3.6 from Orlando for me that very day. However, my wife decided that we should look into an Ascent for the additional space. Danny had no issues with that and shortly after showing up I was out the door. Negotiations were quick and easy. Fastest financing I've ever had. More

Knocked it out of the park! Strike 1: Chatham Subaru, Savannah, GA...empathized with me about me wanting the 2019 Crosstrek Limited in Cool Khaki Gray with the add’l moonroof, Na Strike 1: Chatham Subaru, Savannah, GA...empathized with me about me wanting the 2019 Crosstrek Limited in Cool Khaki Gray with the add’l moonroof, Nav w/ 8” display & Harmon Kardon audio upgrade but didn’t attempt to locate one for me. Strike 2: Peacock Subaru, Hilton Head, SC...promised me they had one located, had me to sign a Purchase Order & coordinate with my credit union but a week later said they couldn’t get one, that they don’t exist. WASTED MY TIME. It’s not a unicorn fellas, I found 4 in Jax that same day. They also treated me like I was some dumb broad (who wasn’t an aviation mechanic that also knows paperwork) by switching VINs on my purchase order so it looked like I was agreeing to purchase a white one they had in stock that I repeatedly told them I didn’t want. They also downplayed mechanical talk to me as if I wouldn’t have understood it anyways but when I brought my husband in for a test drive boy you should’ve heard all the mechanical lingo the salesman was trying to impress him with. I also got called “baby” a time or 2. That dealership insulted me in every way they possibly could. Foul Ball: Orange Park tried working with me but couldn’t match SubJax or do better. Grand Slam!: Danny Jr dug in his back foot, swung for the fences & nailed it. I called the Subaru of Jacksonville team at 2pm, within 2hrs of calling they presented the best numbers of the 4 dealerships, a Buyers Order was signed, my deposit on the car was made to hold it until the next day and this was all done by 8pm. The next day I drove the 2 hrs to Jax, they had already coordinated everything with my credit union, we went through the bells & whistles of the car and I was driving it home within an hour & a half of me getting there. They even threw in a bonus I wasn’t expecting. I won’t divulge what it is so you don’t expect it. Somethings are meant to be surprises. They were courteous, professional, personable & THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I cannot say enough good things about this transaction. Perfect 10 even when there was a monsoon brewing outside! More
