Great service, as always! I had routine service performed - oil change and tire rotation. I used the express service with no appointment required and was in and out in about t I had routine service performed - oil change and tire rotation. I used the express service with no appointment required and was in and out in about twenty minutes with their multi-point inspection accomplished and car washed with a bottle of cold water sitting in my cup holder when I left! This great service is one of the reasons that I am driving my second Subaru and finally convinced my wife to buy her first one last year. Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville!! More

Perfect Not only is my car a dream to drive but taking it in for service is so easy and the staff at Subaru of Jacksonville are all very pleasant to deal with Not only is my car a dream to drive but taking it in for service is so easy and the staff at Subaru of Jacksonville are all very pleasant to deal with they have a nice size waiting room with free sodas and snacks not to mention your car gets washed and looks awesome when you get it back! As with ever service event at Subaru of Jacksonville, it was a pleasant exp Recently, I used the Express Service for a recall item and an oil change. As with ever service event at Subaru of Jacksonville, it was a pleasant experience. Dan and Gabe performed the service plus rotated the tires, did a multipoint inspection and replaced the cabin filter. This prepared my 2017 Legacy for an upcoming 1200 road trip. All this done in under the hour predicted. Subaru of Jacksonville hires great people and trains them well. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. It is the best dealership experience I ever had. Highly recommend them. More

Unexpected tire troubl I cannot recommend this dealership enough. It is a pleasure to have your car serviced normally, but today I had to unexpectedly replace a tire. I didn’t have an appointment, but they got me right in and had me out within an hour. They are friendly, courteous, and professional and keep you apprised of your car’s progress the whole time. Breaks the stigma of the "car dealership experience" I live a bit far from the dealership, and as such conducted the majority of the buying process over the phone. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and acted like they wanted my business. On the day I went to the dealership physically, I was pleasantly surprised to find the dealership employees attentive (but not overbearing). The show room was clean and the hospitality was greatly appreciated, they worked to make you comfortable weather or not you were there to buy anything/get any services. As far as the buying process, it was painless, even the signing of paperwork was....dare I say.....enjoyable, made so buy the gentleman assisting me through the process. our sales person, Danny was outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional. The fact that he was able to answer any questions we had, even the off topic ones, was great! More
