As with ever service event at Subaru of Jacksonville, it was a pleasant experience. Dan and Gabe performed the service plus rotated the tires, did a multipoint inspection and replaced the cabin filter. This prepared my 2017 Legacy for an upcoming 1200 road trip. All this done in under the hour predicted. Subaru of Jacksonville hires great people and trains them well. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. It is the best dealership experience I ever had. Highly recommend them. More

Breaks the stigma of the "car dealership experience" I live a bit far from the dealership, and as such conducted the majority of the buying process over the phone. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and acted like they wanted my business. On the day I went to the dealership physically, I was pleasantly surprised to find the dealership employees attentive (but not overbearing). The show room was clean and the hospitality was greatly appreciated, they worked to make you comfortable weather or not you were there to buy anything/get any services. As far as the buying process, it was painless, even the signing of paperwork was....dare I say.....enjoyable, made so buy the gentleman assisting me through the process. our sales person, Danny was outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional. The fact that he was able to answer any questions we had, even the off topic ones, was great! More
