Sabino, he has done just an outstanding job of helping us out. So much exceeding our expectations ! Not only is the dealership friendly.Everyone wants to help you or make sure you're taken care of and very friendly about it. Also, the dealership show room, service departmand everywhere we were in the dealership. It was extremely clean and very professional looking impressive! I worked a dealership for 20 years. I have never seen a dealership like this in so many ways. Whether it's the personnel the dealership facilities service department I could go on, but the most important thing everyone wanted to help you. And wanted to make sure you were taken care of. I was at another Subaru Dealership and there is no comparison to Subaru. My experience at Subaru of Jacksonville started online when I came across a Toyota Tacoma on their website. Next day I visited the dealership where I met Sabino M. His approach was exactly what I was look when I came across a Toyota Tacoma on their website. Next day I visited the dealership where I met Sabino M. His approach was exactly what I was looking for in terms of a salesman. He let me look and gave me information about the vehicle and answered questions that I had. I test drove the Tacoma and found that the Tacoma wasn’t to my liking. Sabino allowed time for me to look at other vehicles and stood by to give me information on the vehicle I was viewing. I came across a beautiful dodge ram big horn and went for a test drive and was sold. I appreciate the casual and relax atmosphere at this dealership. I have been looking for a truck for a couple of years and have visited several dealerships in town and have to say salesman from those dealerships can be arrogant, rude, and aggressive. It was really refreshing to purchase a vehicle from Subaru of jacksonville because their staff are all courteous, patient, and actually care about their customers. From the salesman, to the financial staff, and service department all are great! I recommend anyone on the market for a vehicle to start at this dealership. They offer a variety of makes and models, but the extended warranty that they offer is the best! Bar none! More
