I was referred to the dealership by a good friend and was treated with the utmost respect. The entire experience from the picking a used car, trading in our current vehicle, and going through Financing was treated with the utmost respect. Very untrustworthy staff. I am completely unsatisfied with the purchase. And they don’t care! I came with what I wanted and was willing to wait on it if it wasn’t in stock. Ho I am completely unsatisfied with the purchase. And they don’t care! I came with what I wanted and was willing to wait on it if it wasn’t in stock. However, the salesman are very pushy and now I know why women are warned not to go purchase a car alone!!! More

Typical dealership so stand your ground. They will throw numbers at you and once you settle on something they will have you sign and then take it away without giving you a copy to refer back They will throw numbers at you and once you settle on something they will have you sign and then take it away without giving you a copy to refer back to at the time of signing. Take a picture of what you signed! Associates are nice but overall it was a long, tedious, and slimy process. I've tried to cancel the extra contracts they sold me four times since July and they do not acknowledge me. They still owe me $4k so I am currently looking into attorney's to assist. Go in with armor on; or even better, just go somewhere else. More

This was the worst car buying experience I ever had and luckily I got my car back and can go do business some where else. Very shady sales deals. This was truly the nightmare that would not end. If there i luckily I got my car back and can go do business some where else. Very shady sales deals. This was truly the nightmare that would not end. If there is a General Manager I never saw or heard from him after I spend several hours in this dealership and complained. If I could put 0 stars I would!! More

Miscommunication or no communication. Give dates and can’t hold themselves to the date or accountable. Don’t keep you updated. The Sales Rep Rosemond was stellar. Unfortunately for everything else bel can’t hold themselves to the date or accountable. Don’t keep you updated. The Sales Rep Rosemond was stellar. Unfortunately for everything else below standard. It started with the vehicle I selected online was yellow, pictures I received was a granite colored vehicle and red one. With further inquiries the vehicle wasn’t even at the dealership, it was in SC. I went in person to start the process and was told that the vehicle would arrive at the end of the week and it was Monday. Friday came around no calls from anyone after I called was told Saturday, Saturday afternoon comes around no calls again so I call them and was told it would be there by the GM and that he would personally give me a call because I was starting to feel uneasy about this process so he sent me window sticker of vehicle and 1 picture. 8pm rolls around no calls from anyone, I email the GM and voice my concerns and he nonchalant says if you want we can cancel the purchase. I’ve never heard of a GM not caring and automatically offering to cancel a purchase vs finding a way to appease a customer... ie here’s a loaner vehicle/we’ll give you 2free oil changes as we have a service center/2 free in-house detailing something. Anyone of these would have helped. I finally got a call from the used vehicle manager Alexis, great attitude very apologetic and made things right. I’ve taken it in for a couple of things that needed to be fixed and here we go again....also I made contact with Michelle Whidden, the person replying to all these reviews and last I heard from her was 8/31/20. I guess this is a Morgan Auto Group norm....no communication or miscommunication. So my vehicle has been with them for another 5 days and all I continuously get is we’re trying to get some information we will give you a call back........... So I’ve purchased a vehicle with a 45 day payment deferral and the dealership has had the vehicle more than I have. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles prior to this and I’ve never seen/experienced this. I’m starting to feel as if the 5star ratings are from employees or family of employees. More

RUN FOR THE HILLS These people are only in the business of making money. Period. They have zero clue what customer service is and have zero interest in caring for their These people are only in the business of making money. Period. They have zero clue what customer service is and have zero interest in caring for their customers or their cars. Once you make a purchase, pray you never have to deal with the dealership again because they will do everything in their power to avoid helping and taking responsibility. What happened: I took my car in for service 4 weeks ago for my first oil change. I made an appointment, showed up and still had to wait for HOURS. Okay, fine. I told them I noticed a squeak, and what sounded like grinding from my breaks. Well, I believe that in the midst of me complaining about the long wait - they decided to cut a few corners. They brought my car back to me and told me that the noise I was hearing was simply an Indicator telling me that SOON, not now, I would need to replace the breaks. They also placed a sticker on my windshield with three labels and three columns. "Brakes, Tires, Battery - then Good, Fair and Bad". All three items, breaks, tires and battery were all indicated in the "GOOD" section when this obviously wasn't true. If the tech physically told me that my breaks needed to be replaced 'soon', how could that possibly qualify my breaks in the "Good" column??? This morning I ended up taking my car into a VW dealership to get the coolant topped off when the Tech here started panicking and told me my car WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE! At first I was very skeptical, he proceeded to show me my break pads rubbing together and quite the extensive damage this was causing. I know sometimes dealers will exaggerate things to get a purchase, however I don't believe this was the case... The guy seemed actually concerned and even took a number of photos to show me. Because of the damage done, and the NEGLIGENCE of Kia of Orange Park, it is going to cost me $680 out of pocket. Of course I went to Greg, the Service Manager who offered to "Take a look" at the car, then eventually offered to "replace the breaks for cost of the parts, no labor" --- How generous, right? lol. It's completely unprofessional for an individual to deflect blame, interrupt you the entire conversation, and think that just because he knows the mechanics of my car he is somehow superior to me. I didn't appreciate the condescending attitude at all. I'm sorry but I am not driving 40 miles for you to look at my brakes and say "oh that's not our fault, sorry". Especially when it's my understanding the car is not safe to drive. It's obvious that this dealership has no experience with accountability, I called to try and talk to the GM of the dealership, Danny Hines regarding my experience on two separate occasions, after my incident regarding the oil change, and twice today and still have not herd a single thing back from him. Experience with staff: I purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago in which I was assured that everything on the vehicle, from the tires and breaks to the leather seats were like new. This seemed true for everything on the outside. From the sales team, everyone is super nice! Ian Hines was my sales guy and he took pretty good care of me and helped me out, he answered all of my questions and he was pretty straight forward - but this was the only part of the process that was pleasant. When I came back for the mentioned above situation, I had just gotten out of the hospital and diagnosed with Crohn's Disease - I was in a lot of discomfort and did not want to be away from the house (I live 37 miles from the dealership) - I was very disappointed at how long the wait was for the oil change. I explained my situation to the service adviser who tried to seek help from the sales manager, she was going to try and get me a rental for the day, so I can get my car the next day. Before the adviser could even finish explaining the situation, he rudely blurted out "Were not making special accommodations because these people are too lazy to wait for us to help them out", word for word. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE, EVEN FOR MY FREE OIL CHANGE More

I went into the dealership expecting disappointment, and drove out in a 2020 Kia Soul, exactly what I wanted! Darryl and the staff at Kia have been wonderful throughout my whole experience. Very supporting an encouraging, and an understanding of the emotions that are entailed, with buying a new vehicle with not so perfect credit. Thanks again Darryl, to you and the whole staff at Orange Park Kia More
