Lakeland VW is directly responsible for me continuing to be a VW customer. I had the absolute worst experience ever at Napleton VW in Orlando because of the guy named Alex in their service department. One o be a VW customer. I had the absolute worst experience ever at Napleton VW in Orlando because of the guy named Alex in their service department. One of the rudest, most despicable people that I have ever met at ANY dealership. He personally cost them a new car sale and Napleton lost me as a customer for life because of this experience. I'll never shop at any of their dealerships again because of that guy. I almost walked away from all of VW after that experience, but I happened to give Lakeland VW a call while I was on the road after leaving Napleton. They encouraged me to make the drive over to see them and I'm so glad I did. I was able to go there and be treated with some of the greatest customer service that I have ever experienced. They were fair, honest and treated me with the utmost respect. It was a night and day difference, and Lakeland VW easily won my business. Now I know exactly where to go whenever I need a new VW, and it definitely won't be Napleton ever again. I can't say enough good things about Lakeland VW. Take the drive and go see them, you won't regret it. More
