Most outstanding customer service ever! !! Mark was and continues to be consistently in touch and awesome! I was in a situation where getting to the dealership was difficult so he had a car !! Mark was and continues to be consistently in touch and awesome! I was in a situation where getting to the dealership was difficult so he had a car brought to my home. Incredible! Theron, the young man how brought the car was professional, well spoken and knew EVERYTHING about the car. He was able to answer all my questions and help me decide on which model would suit me needs. Mark layed claim to my car while it was still on the ship so I would get one as soon as it arrived at the dealership. The turnover was awesome as well. I was greeted at my car (which was decorated with a giant red bow) with a dozen roses, a bottle of wine and a Lexus tumbler, awesome final touches! I continue to get follow up calls from Mark. I had a great experience with the Lexus roadside service as well. And the service department is as good as the sales department. All and all the ONLY place to purchase a car! ❤️ More
