What amazing customer service. I went yesterday and expressed to Luis Tirado-Torres that I am using my lunch break if he can take that in consideration. Although I live in Manhattan, and had leased my prior cars from Lexus of Manhattan, My last car was in a serious accident in northern New Jersey and required towing to a nearby shop. To have it repaired, however, It needed to be taken to a Lexus facility. Lexus of Manhattan refused to retrieve it in New Jersey, so I called Lexus of Englewood and spoke with Woody in their service department. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did he arrange to have my car brought to their repair facility in Port Chester, but he either called or texted me regularly for the next four weeks to let me know the precise status of the repair process. In short, he was fantastic. Ultimately, my insurer decided to declare the car a total loss, requiring me to get a new car. And rather going back to Lexus of Manhattan, I chose to give my business to DARCAR Lexus of Englewood. It was a great choice. I met with Miro, who patiently explained all of my options, worked with me on pricing, let me test drive the model I had selected, and helped me resolve all the knotty issues I had to confront with my insurer and the NY DMV. It was a thoroughly professional and enjoyable experience on all levels. Kudos! More

I really wanna leave a review after my conversation with that dealership of Englewood and my last :) , i don't wanna blame only one person i wanna blame the service & part's after they moved me from one to that dealership of Englewood and my last :) , i don't wanna blame only one person i wanna blame the service & part's after they moved me from one to another couple times the last one was "funny" saying that "she's so stupid " and then he transferred me over:) . But the worst it was after i was talking with a gentleman that supposed to be the management...after telling that i want to order the solenoid valve and how much will cost me with the labor he told me to bring the car over and for 195$ or 185$ they can tell me what's wrong but at the end he told that they are not opening and change parts at the transmission they are just replacing it. Thank you for making me to understand how unprofessional they are . Thank you very much 🤝🤝 More
