Having worked in the sales industry before, I know that the objective is to sell, sell, sell. However, Kyle Reed made the experience a lot less frustrating than it normally can be when purchasing a vehicle the objective is to sell, sell, sell. Danil, in the service department also helped me with an issue that I had on the next day. Amanda called and checked on me as well. I had an amazing experience during my recent service visit at Jim Hudson Lexus, all thanks to Denil! From start to finish, he was pleasant, friendly, and incredibly easy to contact. It’s the small things he did that truly made this service trip feel A1—from the way he checked in to make sure I was comfortable, to how he followed up even after the service was complete.
