Unfortunately, I have not been completely satisfied with my vehicle and am considering selling it and exploring other options from different manufacturers. I have faced several issues that required manufact my vehicle and am considering selling it and exploring other options from different manufacturers. I have faced several issues that required manufacturer repairs, and while I appreciate the recall responses at times, the need for frequent repairs has been discouraging. Additionally, at this moment, I am waiting for parts; I have not received any calls or updates, and it has already been a month with these issues unresolved. I would like to share these concerns and, if possible, request a contact number to understand why these repair parts are taking so long to arrive. I am also concerned that the parts my car needs could damage other components if not repaired in time. Who would be responsible for those damages? It does not seem fair that I need to use insurance for repairs caused by manufacturer errors. I would also like to better understand the specifics of the insurance I currently have on my vehicle. So far, I have only used it for recalls, oil changes, and manufacturer errors, but I am unsure about what else is covered and how these services might extend to my current needs. I appreciate any clarification you can provide regarding my insurance coverage, as well as any information about the steps Ford might be taking to address the issues I have experienced. More

Love the Mobil recall. Super convenient. The only gripe I have is, I had a recall a few years ago and when I picked up my suv I was told I'd be called because there was Super convenient. Service tech took my vehicle off the property without permission and proceeded to do 90 mph on the highway. (I received a notification through LoJack informing me the truck had exceeded 90mph) The only r permission and proceeded to do 90 mph on the highway. (I received a notification through LoJack informing me the truck had exceeded 90mph) The only reason my truck was there was to check a smell in the air vents that was noticeable when the vehicle was started, to reprogram a key and to check a speaker. There was no reason my vehicle should have left the property let alone committed a felony (exceeding the speed limit at such high speeds). The vehicle was also returned on 13 miles until empty due to the little joy ride. The smell in the air vents is still present, nothing was done to fix it. I will never bring my vehicle to Wayne Akers again and will advise friends/family to stay away as well. Extremely disappointing since we purchased our $100k+ truck there and are looking to purchase the new Bronco Raptor…. More
