From the onset, upon arrival at the VW dealership I was greeted with open arms by Allyse. She was very welcoming, greeted me at the door. She was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Both Colby Penfield (Manager) & Joe Luis( Sales) treated me with kindness, patience and humor!. Although I arrived late due to traffic, Both stayed late to make sure I had the best buying experience. They gave me the best approval . They were an absolute pleasure to deal with..Especially Colbey P. was very intelligent, informative and accommodating and no high pressure! From the first Inquiry to going in for a test drive (Thanks Joe!) and ultimately driving off w/my new Car!.. Kudos! to the Finance department .
