Nice pricing on used vehicles, great selection, nice showroom. We bought and love our car at the price we paid. However, when I called, I was told there were no dealer extras on the car that could not b showroom. We bought and love our car at the price we paid. However, when I called, I was told there were no dealer extras on the car that could not be removed. I asked that question specifically, and was assured of transparent pricing. So imagine my surprise when we run the numbers and there’s a charge for a “ceramic” coating already on the car. They reduced the charge to “their cost.” I googled the product, and adding labor, they were still turning a profit on “their cost.” But with the reduced cost of the “ceramic” coating, and the value of my trade in, we made the deal work. Still, a shady practice, but not as bad as Victory owned dealerships. More

Darek Smorczewski is absolutely excellent and set himself apart in the best way. Not only did he promote and discuss the vehicle I was looking at well in hand, but he actively listened, took into considerati apart in the best way. Not only did he promote and discuss the vehicle I was looking at well in hand, but he actively listened, took into consideration the predicament I was in, and was willing to work with me on both price and overall deal. Darek made for a great car buying experience overall. In addition, his other colleagues I met while at the Honda dealership (Mindy Graham, Aldo, Feris, Quinten, and Danielle) were all so kind, generous, and forthright with me. I am truly grateful and appreciative of everyone's help! Will certainly be recommending my neighbors, friends and family members this direction if even in need of a new car.
