Mike Macedon and his team were outstanding—not only in securing the cars we wanted but also in quickly arranging winter tires and floor mats. Instead, we endured 10 years of inferior service from the Audi dealership up north. More

I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I took my car in for regular maintenance today and was informed that they are now charging a 2.8% fee when you use your credit card to pay for servic I took my car in for regular maintenance today and was informed that they are now charging a 2.8% fee when you use your credit card to pay for service. Really? This dealership has made a decision to pass along the cost of doing business to it's customers. Well this isn't going to fly with me. This dealership has just lost a customer. I encourage people to not allow companies who have clearly made high profits these last few years to pass along their costs on to consumers. Shop around for a dealership that doesn't nickel and dime their customers. More
