I went to get my car oil and transmission change. The rep and service staff did a poor performance and oil was leaking in my garage. When I took it back, the rep fixed the issue but was not transpa The rep and service staff did a poor performance and oil was leaking in my garage. When I took it back, the rep fixed the issue but was not transparent on the reason why oil nut was not tight correctly. I filled out a Honda survey thinking no one would read it. To my surprise, Yvette Gomez, at the Alhambra service department called and emailed me about my survey. Next, Yvette forwarded my concern to the service manager who called an apologized for the error. The great thing about Alhambra Honda was that the staff care to correct and acknowledged their error. At the end of the call, the dealership offered my a free oil change and car wash. Thank you Alhambra Honda for taking time to read your customer’s concerns. More
